Job Description
As the Administrative Assistant at Will-Solve HR Consultancy, you’ll be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to our team of consultants, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities :
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and team schedules
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and organize important documents
- Support the team with preparation of presentations and reports
- Process expense reports and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with client communication and meeting coordination
Requirement :
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Diploma or equivalent experience
